General Terms and Conditions of Michel Engineering LLC
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer from us, but is merely an invitation to the consumer to place an order. By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week. If the period expires without action, the offer is considered rejected.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following applies: The consumer submits a binding offer by successfully completing the order process in our online shop.

Before submitting the order, the consumer can go back to the order page via the "Back" button in their internet browser to correct any errors or cancel the order by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email (order confirmation). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online shop: We will send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions via email. You can view the Terms and Conditions at any time at

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices indicated include statutory sales tax and other price components. Shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay via prepayment, cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer has selected prepayment, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract is concluded. If we deliver via cash on delivery, the purchase price becomes due upon receipt of the goods.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 10 business days. For payments made via prepayment, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is placed with the bank handling the transfer. For all other payment methods, the delivery period starts the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold goods passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as follows, with a consumer being any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor independent professional activity:

via an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund as the one you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount that is proportional to the services already provided at the time we are informed of your decision to withdraw, compared to the total scope of the services agreed upon in the contract.
